Steve Hinshaw is the current Director of Business Development at P1 Construction located in Lenexa, KS. He also serves as an operations manager overseeing the VDC Department and the mechanical fabrication shops (plumbing, piping, sheet metal and millwright) for P1 Construction. Steve has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kanas. He has been in the mechanical contracting industry for 31 years. He is a 11-year member of PFI (Pipe Fabrication Institute) and is the current Chairman of PFI.
