Kasey Boxleitner is the Decarbonization Sales Leader of the Commercial HVAC Americas business for Trane Technologies plc. In this role, Kasey has responsibility for driving growth in the decarbonization space. She aids internal efforts to develop and implement standard work practices for strategic growth initiatives while supporting customer efforts to reduce carbon emissions. Kasey joined Trane after graduating from the University of Wisconsin with her bachelor’s in mechanical engineering. She has held various roles with Trane leveraging her engineering background to help customers achieve their goals. Her specialty is the design and implementation of decarbonized systems.
