Robert Beck is President and CEO for John W. Danforth Company and MCAA’s Vice President/Assistant Treasurer. Beck is responsible for strategic direction, growth and organizational foundation of the company. Beck oversees the continual improvement of Danforth’s sales, operations, and execution of over $250 million in contracts. All company efforts promote the spirit of Danforth’s vision, mission and core values. Beck has nearly 30 years of mechanical industry experience. After graduating from the University of Florida, Beck began a career in the industry as a District Sales Manager for Lochinvar Corporation in 1991. He started at Danforth in 1993 and has been promoted through various company management roles over the last 25 years to his current role.
Beck currently serves as MCAA Vice President/Assistant Treasurer, having been elected to the role at the 2019 Annual Convention. He also serves as Chair of the Project Managers Education Committee, and has been both an instructor and a facilitator for the MCAA’s Institute for Project Management (IPM) and Advanced Institute for Project Management (AIPM) for many years.
