Joe Montana

JM

Widely considered the best NFL quarterback of all time, Joe Montana personifies performance excellence and personal integrity both on and off the field. Yet the word most closely associated with him is not “winner”—it’s “leader.” Joe Montana won four Super Bowls with the San Francisco 49ers and three Super Bowl MVP awards. With his signature poise, Montana enjoyed an illustrious 16-year career with the 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs. A two-time NFL MVP, Montana was selected to eight Pro Bowls and named All-Pro five times. He was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2000.

Since retiring from the NFL, Montana has become a popular motivational speaker, active real estate investor and author. In 2005, Montana co-authored The Winning Spirit: 16 Timeless Principles That Drive Performance Excellence, with performance coach Tom Mitchell. Montana now brings his lessons of preparation, teamwork and performance under pressure to large and small businesses, sharing his experience as master of the 4th-quarter comeback.
