Brandon Jackson

Brandon has worked for Johnson Controls, Inc. in the HVAC Commercial Building Automation System and HVAC Equipment industry for 20 years holding numerous roles that have all been focused on helping building owners, consultants and contractors in the HVAC industry achieve better outcomes.

 

Brandon is currently the Vice President of HVAC & Controls Construction Sales for North America. He is responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy, HVAC system sales capability and sales excellence for over 1,000 sales professionals and sales agents across North America who serve customers in the buildings space. Throughout his 20-year career, he has served in numerous positions within the company; sales, business development and sales leadership. In each of these roles, Brandon has worked closely with customers and the Johnson Controls engineering teams to ensure the systems and solutions delivered by Johnson Controls exceeded customer expectations.

 

Brandon earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and is a recent graduate of the Johnson Controls XLP Executive Leadership Program at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of MCAA, ASHRAE and a LEED accredited professional. Brandon lives in Milwaukee, WI with his wife and two daughters (16, 13) and enjoys exercise, golf, mentoring, coaching and time with his family.
