Alan Milby is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the mechanical contracting industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Pre-Construction Services and a member of their executive leadership team at MIINC L.P. After completing a degree in Architectural Engineering at the University of Texas Alan started with MIINC in 1998. Since then he has held several pivotal roles, including Pre-Construction, Project Manager, Business Development, and Vice President of Operations. This has allowed him to experience many aspects of the mechanical contracting industry including managing project teams, budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and contracts for a wide range of projects. This expertise enables MIINC to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. Alan is the current President of MCA Texas as well as an Education Committee member for MCAA and is committed to advancing the mechanical contracting field, sharing their expertise, and fostering the next generation of construction professionals.
