Adam E. Snavely is President and CEO of The Poole and Kent Corporation, a leading mechanical construction, service, and engineering firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland. Over the course of his career with Poole and Kent, Adam has held leadership roles across multiple regions—including Alaska, Georgia, and South Carolina—before returning to the company’s Baltimore headquarters to oversee strategic growth and innovation.
Under Adam’s leadership, Poole and Kent has expanded its market reach and delivered some of the most complex mechanical projects for healthcare, industrial, and mission-critical clients throughout the eastern United States. He has been a driving force behind the company’s acceleration of lean construction practices, including advancements in VDC technology, modular manufacturing, and collaborative project delivery.
Adam is a passionate advocate for connecting industry with education and community. In addition to his role as an instructor for MCAA’s AIPM and IPM programs, Adam has served in executive roles on numerous boards spanning industry associations, universities, and private schools — many focused on mentoring, workforce development, and educational pathways into the A/E/C and specialty trades sectors.
