Tips for Registration Success

Before you begin, here are a few helpful tips to make the registration process smooth and simple. Whether you’re registering for yourself or helping someone else, having the following information ready will save time:

  • Emergency contact’s name and phone number
  • Any accessibility needs
  • Any dietary restrictions
  • Your planned hotel stay dates (the hotel booking link will be in your confirmation email)

How to Register:

  • New to MCAA? Create an account here. Once you’re set up, you can log in to register.
  • Forgot your password? No problem—just click Forgot Password on the login screen.
  • Not seeing the right registration options? If your company is an MCAA member but your registration options don’t look right, email us and we’ll get it sorted out.

Payment Methods

All registration payments must be completed online via credit card during the registration process. MCAA accepts America Express, Mastercard and Visa. MCAA no longer accepts check payments.

Registering Others

If you need to register other attendees, please have their email address when you start the online registration process.

Bringing Children

Please register your children so they can fully participate in all MCAA26 has to offer. We have two categories for registration: Youth (ages 4 – 12) and Teen (ages 13 – 17). Those 18 and over should register at the guest/family rate.

MCAA26 Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellation requests must be made in writing to events@mcaa.org.

  • A full refund will be given one month out from the event.
  • An 85% refund will be granted when the cancellation request is received less than one month but more than 10 business days prior to the scheduled event.
  • A 50% refund will be granted if the request is received between 9 and 5 business days prior to the scheduled event.
  • No refunds will be granted if the request is received fewer than 5 days prior to the scheduled event. Any cancellation request received less than a month prior to a scheduled event (or after the event date has passed) due to an extenuating circumstance may be eligible for a full refund. Extenuating circumstances can be (but are not limited to) death in the family, documented positive COVID-19 test, etc.
