Due to resort enhancements at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge, the lazy river will be closed for refurbishment during MCAA23. Resort guests will still have full access to the three pools as well as the pool restaurant.

Hotel Reservations

During your convention registration you will be able to select your preferred hotel, room type and enter your arrival and departure dates for your stay. MCAA will make your hotel reservation on your behalf and send your hotel confirmation number two weeks prior to the convention.  

This year attendees have two amazing hotels to choose from: JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa and Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains.

Transportation

Shuttle service between the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge and the Scottsdale Marriott at McDowell Mountains will be available Saturday, March 25 – Thursday, March 30 during peak convention activity times.
