Michael Wallenstein is Co-President and a third-generation owner of Neptune Plumbing & Heating Co., where he has served for over 15 years. After eight years as Director of Business Development, he and his brother, Adam, took over as Co-Presidents in 2016, leading the company’s growth and innovation across Greater Cleveland.
Under their leadership, Neptune has advanced in technology, employee development and community involvement. The company has been named a Top Workplace five years in a row, and the brothers received the Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2019.
Michael is an active member of MCAA and MSCA and has served on the PCA Board since 2022, promoting best practices in the mechanical service industry.
